1. Co-extruded to Reduce Leaks

   Each gutter system is co-extruded with a white interior and a range of exterior colours. While the interior will be exposed to sunlight as normal, its absorption of heat from the sun and subsequent expansion along its width and length is significantly reduced. This is Freeflow’s innovative solution to the problems associated with rapid heat absorption and expansion of gutters such as creaks and leaks.

2. Long-Life Advanced Compressible Seals

   All Freeflow gutter accessories are manufactured with advanced long-life compressible seals. This results in flexible, watertight joints when lengths of guttering are connected together. The compressible seals also allow the gutters to move silently and prohibit the creation of gaps which would ultimately cause leaks.

4. Protective Film on all Gutters and Downpipes

   All Freeflow gutters and downpipes are covered with a temporary protective film to help protect against knocks and scratches during transit and installation. This guarantees a professional finish to any project.

5. Environmentally Sustainable Gutter System

   Freeflow gutter systems are manufactured using a combination of recycled and virgin materials to minimise environmental impact and optimise product performance. Recycled content varies, however it is typically up to 85% of the final product. All recycled material used is 100% lead-free material.

Swish UPVC Guttering

These systems are unique in the UK in that they contain a high proportion of post consumer recycled PVC. Approximately 84% by weight of Swish gutters and pipes is recycled material, saving 70% of CO2 created by using virgin material throughout. Swish guttering is available in the following styles:

Round

A traditional half round gutter for terrace and semi-detached houses, smaller offices and commercial buildings.

Square

Classic square gutter suitable for modern or older housing and often used on conservatories. Higher flow for larger roofs

Ogee

High capacity system for larger roofs where run off is rapid. Traditional or top hung brackets. Corners positively fixed for added security.

Deep

Traditional round gutter with a deeper cross section suitable for detached houses, offices and commercial buildings.
